Employers are getting more and more creative when it comes to online recruitment for potential employees. Why invest monies on posting ads on Craigslist, Monster, or Career builder when you can simply go online yourself and handpick the candidates?

More recently, we have been surrounded with the new social network spin offs of the “myspace” and “Friendster”. Social networks like “linkedin.com” and geo targeted networks like the University of Southern California’s, “onedegree.com”, are starting to become more and more prevalent.

In fact, networking has never been so easy!  With today’s online world constantly changing, we can find a social network for almost any hobby or university.  And although our economy may be in a slump, be mindful of modern age resources. Surprisingly enough there are more than one way to catch a great employee.
